I've dropped my Treo straight to the ground from higher than that and it was fine as well. Is there an IP Rating for this device? How about a ruggedness spec? I'm interested in seeing what Motorola/Symbol are doing with this product, being the first Symbol product released after the Symbol Buyout by the big M. They seem to be following Symbol's precedent of promising early and delivering late, with the first MC35's not even out yet, even though it was promised in February/Mid-Q1.

I also notice it is only available with GSM a this time. I would like to see CDMA/EV-DO version in the future.

All in all, I look forward to the release of this device.
