“I replaced my i860 with this ic902. Love the phone and ease of operation.” So far reception is great! Maybe because it is off the Sprint towers and not Nextel even though they are one. I recommend this phone. Absolutely!

I complained about the amount of dropped calls and bad reception I was experiencing months ago.A customer care person told me that the answer to dropped calls is the hybrid phone. I was talked into trying one back in Feb.07. I replaced my phone for the hybrid, this phone was no were near the phone I had but the reception was much better so I didn’t complain. I would have considered buying the new hybrid 902 phone if it was less expensive, but more important than that I now experience dropped calls and bad reception with my hybrid phone so i’m back to square one. I just want to change service once my contract is over.
PS the answer to dropped calls is not the hybrid. Sorry nextel it is what it is your phones are nice but the reception is terrible

This phone looks much nicer than ic502 and has nice features, but price is a little steep.
