Annoucing the thin new Helio Fin + some neat new apps
August 15th, 2007

The Helio Fin is based on the Samsung Ultra but the Fin is made from magnesium. It’s really thin (11.4mm), has a 3 megapixel camera, 2.3″ 240×320 display, stereo bluetooth and support for microSD cards up to 4GB in size (you get a 2GB in the box). You also get the same messaging suite and full HTML browser as the Ocean.
Helio is also announcing a new GPS nav app from Garmin (it’s 2.99 a day) for the Fin and Ocean. Also, you can now add your own RSS feeds to HOT (finally) for the Fin, Heat and Drift.
