Call centers? I thought Pizza Hut was just a pizza place (or at least it is around here) You simply call in your order, then pick it up in 20 minutes…I guess since my local PH isn’t usually THAT busy, I don’t see a need for the service, but I *could* see where it might be useful for a PH where customers are constantly getting busy signals due to high call volumes.

It’s not meant to be “easier” for the customer per se…it’s probably there to cut down on the call volumes at their call centers which means that they won’t need as many people their answering the phones, hold times will be shorter, and that’s just less salaries they have to pay which = more money for them!
