Just so you know before you buy it…. The keys crack down the middle and it will happen to each one.
My girl friend has one and just about every other person on this planet that texts has also run in to this problem.
Overall it is a good phone though.

I got the pink one cus it looked cute and it was free at the at&t store, I like the walkman idea and all cus while im walking down the street i hear my music but i only been having it for little less than a month and my shit gets frozen like a computer and for some reason out of no where it shows it doesnt have a sim card so i have to shut it down and turn it on for a couple times till it stops showing me the “insert sim card”.

This phone is fantastic! Downside is the its true that the keys crack! and its nt just one…all of mine have done it. It doesn’t do it on the white one though!! Key pad texture id different.:-( and apparently after a while the return key stops working after a while, i haven’t ran into this problem yet.

You can also sign on aim yahoo myspace and some other sites i love this phone so much the keys haven’t cracked (i got it in may 2008) on ill never 4get this phone its my very first phone and i love it

For anyone thinking of getting this phone, rethink it. Yes, it is a cute one, but its is very cheaply made. It is not worth the money they want for it. If this phone gets marked down to 0 on a 3 year activation, I still wouldn’t advise getting it. Unless your planning on getting another with in a year.

the keys are the w580i do break over time. i have had the phone for over a year as well and two of my keys have split down the middle (5 and 8). my phone was just out of warranty when it happened so no replacement for me.
