It doesnt come with the batter charger and the extra battery, 2. It doesn't come with the disk for your media (music, videos and pictues), and 3. it doesn't come with a case so that really sucks so now you have to go out and buy your own case like another 30 bucks probably. & also alot of people everyone said telus server sucks that they video app isnt there and it doesnt work on google or youtube, and apparently that is getting fixed and will be working in beginning in sept and it better be or I will be pissed off, & on the other hand the phone i have now is a razor and my incoming calls and outgoing does not work, so telus has really fcked up now and it better get fixed, where I am there is not sprint or any other service provider that i can switch to other than bell that will help the phone, so hopefully when i get the phone tomorrow there will be no problems!!! :( and to think i was soo excited I was soooo excited i was getting it tomorow, and i still am but not as exited anymore, just read and watched people say that the samsung instinct phone doesnt come with the same things in the package as sprint does, 1.
