i dont have a credit card and its reli annoyin because i cant buy the phone without one because the shops have told me you need to give them your credit cared details to verify your address so that you can register it with itunes

Horrible battery life compared to what other phone with a near full browser?

A WM phone running the Opera Mobile 9 beta is able the closes I can think of, or the new BB Bold. How do they hold up at 3G speeds?

Ya, I wish the battery lasted longer as well, but it does seem to last about as long as the posted specs which is much longer than the WM devices I have used.
