AND I took a newborn (iPhone) opportunity to install the "Docs" app and OpenSSH all my .pdf user manuals (including my Honda generator and chain saw manuals) to the iPhone. I've also just came back from a 3+ week Asia trip and brought along few gadgets myself (but not nearly as much as you). I gave up on working on phones and decided to work with phone cards and the good ole 'lets meet up here at this time' method when splitting up with my friend. It made me appreciate how people travelled back in the day and when getting lost, it can actually take you to interesting places (assuming you make it back to your destination). I did learn one lesson to pack less and lighter on my future trips and I guess knowing what worked and didn't work was an interesting read here! Great write up Howard.
