What if someone bid and never pays up?

once you place your bid you enter a legally binding contract. at this price i would assume the seller would ensure that the bid is paid in full.

    (801) 867-5309 is still in service as well. T-Mobile USA, and has been registered to the same user forever! I looked it up when I worked for them.
