I ordered an extra back for $5 so I could have an extra to leave in my car in case I don't want to have the faux dinosaur skin case. Virtual keyboard still isn't as good as the hard one, but I have thick thumbs. This phone kept me from ditching my family and going for an iphone. I upped myself and my son (Voyager) to premium plan. Like having some shortcuts to favorite internet sites. Also got visual voicemail. Web browser is pretty good, even with some html sites. Haven't set up mobile e mail yet, because I just went to premium yesterday. Got the phone last week and it’s pretty good.
