J.D. Power Prepaid Customer Satisfaction Study

J.D. Power has released their 2009 Prepaid Customer Satisfaction Study results for the US demographic.  NET10 has been crowned the winner of the satisfaction study which compared ten prepaid providers on seven factors.  NET10 scored 774 points out of a possible 1000 points, not bad results for their first time in the study.

    People are happy with Net10 until they have their service closed down by one of their vindictive operatives,o or get victimized by their phase-of-the-moon policy changes that they blame you for not knowing about.
