Verizon Wireless has dropped the price on the BlackBerry Storm to $99.99 after rebate on a 2 year term. Pricing for the Storm on a 1 year or month to month term is $169.99 (after rebate) and $499.99 respectively.

Phone Arena News is reporting ten low to mid range devices and four PTT handsets will be launching on the Verizon network by the end of the year.

It looks like the Samsung Link will not only be launching on Bell Mobility but also with its newly acquired brand, Virgin Mobile Canada. The Samsung Link was spotted on the BestBuy website by HowardForums member “gordon1111″.

No word on a launch date or pricing for the other contract terms, image reveals 3 year pricing is $29.99. Stay tuned to details when the Samsung Link launches.

Fido, a division of Rogers Wireless, is making the following changes to their Early Cancellation Fees (ECF).
Voice
NEW: $10/month ($100 minimum, $300 maximum)
OLD: $20/month ($100 minimum, $400 maximum)
Data
NEW: $10/month ($100 minimum, $200 maximum)
OLD: $5/month ($25 minimum, $100 maximum)
The above changes will only apply to customers who sign a Fido agreement on or after July19, 2009. No word on if existing customers will have their contract terms changed to reflect the new policy.
