It may be small but size does not matter anyways-right? That is the LG Rumour 2 complete with Virgin Mobile Canada branding. Look for the replacement to the current Rumour (Rumour 1) to be launching along side the Samsung Vice. No word on pricing or a launch date.

Virgin Mobile Canada has released a new color of its popular qwerty device-the LG Rumour. The LG Rumour features a full qwerty keyboard, 1.3MP camera, bluetooth and is only 12.9mm thick.

The blue Rumour is only listed on the BestBuy website but is currently out of stock. The blue Rumour is the same price as the the other three colors (white, black, and green) $129.99.

Featuring a 2.0MP camera, Bluetooth, built in MP3 player, and threaded text messages-the LG Xenon is the latest full QWERTY phone on the Rogers network. The Xenon is currently shipping to retail location and should be up for sale in the coming days.

With full QWERTY phones being the in thing these days, Regional Carrier-U.S. Cellular has launched the LG Banter.

The Banter retails for just under $50 ($49.95 to be exact) on a two year contract after mail in rebate. Featuring Bluetooth, a 1.3 MP camera, changeable faceplates, and a full QWERTY keyboard the Banter is a great addition to USCC’s lineup.

Not sure how this one slipped past me. President’s Choice Mobile has added the popular QWERTY device to their phone lineup. Aside from the obvious full QWERTY keyboard, the Rumour features a 1.3 MP camera, built in MP3 player, and Bluetooth.

The kit-pictured above-includes the phone, vehicle power adapter, and Bluetooth headset for $129. While the phone by itself will cost you $99.

Rogers launched the LG Neon two weeks ago and now Fido has done the same.

The Neon allows you to keep in touch through SMS, MMS, and instant messaging (WLM or Y!M). A 2.0 MP is on the back side of the touch screen, which can only be used for dialing. Bluetooth, a built in MP3 player, and FM radio round out this QWERTY phone.

Wow-look at Rogers go! The LG Neon is Rogers’ third device to be launched in the past 24 hours. Like the Samsung Gravity and the Samsung Propel the TE365 is avaliable in both grey and pink.
Much like the Gravity and Propel the Neon features a slide out qwerty keyboard. The Neon allows you to keep in touch through SMS, MMS, and instant messaging (WLM or Y!M). A 2.0 MP is on the back side of the touch screen, which can only be used for dialing. Bluetooth, a built in MP3 player, and FM radio round out this basic phone.

The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC.

Name of Product: Certain LG 830 “Spyder” Cell Phones
Units: About 30,000
Hazard: The recalled phones can have difficulty sustaining a connection or have poor voice quality on calls to emergency 911.
Description: The recall involves LG 830 “Spyder” touch-screen slider cell phones with software versions T83LGV03 and T83LGV04, which were sold for use with the following regional wireless carriers: Cellular South, Cellcom, Bluegrass Cellular, Centennial de Puerto Rico, Appalachian Wireless, Illinois Valley Cellular, Northwest Missouri Cellular, Inland Cellular, Leaco, Golden State Cellular, Thumb Cellular, Silver Star Communications, and Nex-Tech Wireless.
The cell phone model number can be found underneath the battery. The software version can be verified by going into the menu of the cell phone, selecting “Settings” then “Phone Information” then “Version.” No other LG cell phones, software versions or wireless carriers are included in this recall.
Sold at: Various cellular dealers in Alabama, Alaska, Idaho, Kentucky, Mississippi, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Washington State and Wisconsin from September 2008 through November 2008 for about $200.
Manufactured in: Korea
Remedy: Consumers have been or are being contacted by their wireless carrier or LG Electronics MobileComm to schedule a free software upgrade. Please contact your wireless carrier if you have not been contacted yet.
