She bought the phone in November, has been sent away four times to be fixed, three times to Kansas, once to Indiana, and now it is broken again. There have been all kinds of problems, no cracking keys, but all kinds of error messages that say to report it to a service dept. We get the phone back and it works for a couple of days to a couple of weeks. We have to pay shipping, and they won’t give us a new phone despite the bull-shit one year guarantee. So far it has been out for service more days than she has had it home. Where is the Better Business Bureau on this one?

I have this white w580I. I bought it off of EBay and it has a user password lock on it. I have tried to reach the seller and he says he doesn’t know the code. Does anyone know how to do a master reset orwho can unlock this?> Thanks

I got this phone for my birthday in january. I was really happy with it, but im a teenager and we always drop things. I’ve dropped my phone a few times and its fine but it scratches really easily i have these big black marks on my phone now. Just yesterday when i went to get my phone it wouldnt turn on and it kept blinking red when i tried to turn it on. I am really annoyed because i got this only a few months ago. Now i need to take it in or repair and after reading all the other comments…this will be soooo annoying!!! Dont get this phone…try a nokia they are the best
